Can Administrators change user names?
No, they can't. ApprovalMax Administrators don't have access to a user's profile data. Only the users themselves can change their user name by accessing "My profile" under the Avatar in the top right-hand corner.
Can the Administrator enforce "Sign in with Google" for all users?
Unfortunately, the Administrator cannot enforce "Sign in with Google" for all users because it would mean disabling all username/password authentication. It is up to each user to decide which method they use to log in.
Does my ApprovalMax password expire?
No, the password to your ApprovalMax account does not expire.
Does a link for signing up to ApprovalMax expire?
Yes, the link in a sign-up email will expire after 10 days.
Does the invitation link to an Organisation expire?
