Can Admins enforce "Sign in with Google" for all users?

Can Administrators enforce "Sign in with Google" for all users?

Unfortunately, the Administrator cannot enforce "Sign in with Google" for all users because it would mean disabling all username/password authentication.
It is up to each user to decide which method they use to log in.
