Does an Administrator need to add account managers to an Organisation?
There are
two possible scenarios:
Organisations created by the account owner:
- When
the account owner creates an Organisation, all then existing account
managers are added automatically as Administrators.
- Any account managers that get added after the
Organisation's creation are automatically added as Administrators to all
Organisations of this business account.
Organisations created by an account manager:
- The
account owner is automatically added as the account owner (and
Administrator) of the created Organisation, and by default it’s not
possible to remove this person.
- When
an account manager creates an Organisation, all then existing account
managers are added automatically as Administrators.
