Organisations dashboard now in General Availability
The Organisations dashboard gives Account Owners and Administrators a single view of all their connected Organisations. It shows key details such as request activity, subscription status and connection state - with options to refresh data, customise visible columns and add new Organisations directly from the dashboard.
Notification centre with clearer visibility and new actions in General Availability
We’ve introduced a notification centre accessible from a new Bell icon, making it easier to review system, subscription and add-on alerts in one organised list.
Notifications now display with updated styling, clearer message text and
consistent actions such as Manage or Contact Sales.
A new Mark as read action has been added to help you quickly clear your unread badge, and individual notifications can also be marked as read when opened.
The Bell icon displays a red dot only when unread alerts are present, providing a cleaner and more focused experience.
Bill-to-PO matching in approval matrices for NetSuite now in General Availability
You can now use Bill-to-PO matching as a condition in your approval matrices for NetSuite-connected Organisations. This new column allows Administrators to build approval, review and Auto-Approval rules based on the Bill-to-PO Matching status of each Bill.
The following options are available:
No lines are matched – none of the Bill lines match Purchase Order lines
At least one line is matched – at least one Bill line matches a Purchase Order line
At least one line is not matched – matching is missing or partial
All lines are matched – all Bill lines match Purchase Order lines
Any – matching is ignored
This gives you more control over NetSuite Vendor Bill approval workflows and helps route documents to the right Approvers based on their matching status.
NetSuite document support added to the ApprovalMax Public API
You can now retrieve NetSuite documents through the ApprovalMax Public API, giving Organisation Owners and Administrators a new way to integrate ApprovalMax for NetSuite with their third-party systems and reporting tools.
This update adds new GET endpoints that allow external applications to pull key NetSuite request data from ApprovalMax - including Vendor Bills, Purchase Orders, Expense Reports, Invoices, Bill Payments and Journal Entries.
Learn more about the Public API in the ApprovalMax Developer Portal.
Editing SuiteTax details for NetSuite requests now in General Availability
All NetSuite-connected Organisations can now edit SuiteTax details directly in ApprovalMax. You can update the Tax amount column on any Vendor Bill, Purchase Order, Expense Report, Sales Order or Invoice before final approval.
