The Organisations dashboard provides a high-level overview of all your accessible Organisations in ApprovalMax. View current request activity, subscription details and connection status in one place, and tailor the view to what matters most.
Who can see what on the Organisations dashboard
All users can access the Organisations dashboard, but the data shown depends on their role in each organisation. If a user has different roles across organisations, the dashboard adapts per organisation.
Role | What’s visible |
Account Owner / Administrator | Full dashboard view, including all request counters, subscription details, connection status, and actions such as Reconnect and Add new organisation. |
Auditor / Workflow Manager | Full visibility of dashboard data. The Reconnect and Add new organisation actions are disabled. |
User | Limited visibility. Only Requires my approval, Requires my review, and Owner information columns contain data. All other columns display a “–”. The Reconnect and Add new organisation actions are disabled. |
Please note: If a user is not part of any workflow and has no active requests, the dashboard displays an empty state message.
How you set up your dashboard columns
Click on Setup columns:
Tick the columns you want to see and click on Apply to save:
Once set, you can click on any column header to sort them in ascending/descending order. You can also use the Search bar to find a specific Organisation by name:
Administrators and Account Owners can also add a new Organisation directly from the Organisations dashboard. Simply click on + Add new Organisation and follow the standard onboarding flow to connect it:
To manually refresh the dashboard data, click on Update. The timestamp will show when the dashboard data was last refreshed:
How to view Organisation activity by request type
You can expand an Organisation to view activity split by request type (e.g., Bills, Purchase Orders) by clicking the arrow icon to the left of the Organisation name.
When expanded, the dashboard shows:
Request counts per request type
Requests on approval and on review
Requests requiring your approval or review
The latest and oldest request dates per request type
Please note: If you have the User role, only the Requires my approval and Requires my review columns will be populated. Other columns will not display values.
