ApprovalMax allows users to manage their subscriptions by retiring or deleting Organisations. However, these actions alone do not automatically adjust subscription costs or cancel the subscription. Additional steps are required to ensure proper subscription management.
Retiring Organisations
Retiring an organization is sufficient if your goal is to reduce subscription costs. However, this action does not automatically lower your subscription fees. You must submit a downgrade request to reduce the number of subscription slots and lower the cost.
Deleting Organisations
Deleting an Organisation also does not automatically cancel your subscription or stop future billing. To fully cancel your subscription, you must submit a separate subscription cancellation request.
Steps for Cost Reduction
Retire the Organisation(s) you no longer need.
Submit a downgrade request for your subscription and any associated add-ons.
Steps for Subscription Cancellation
Submit a subscription cancellation request to ApprovalMax support.
Ensure you receive confirmation of the cancellation to avoid future billing.
