How can I add an Organisation to a subscription?

You can add an Organisation to a subscription when you first purchase it, or later on by upgrading your existing subscription.

If you already have a subscription with a space for the new Organisation, just add it to this plan:​

  • In the ApprovalMax product interface, click on Billing & Subscriptions under your initials/logo in the top right-hand corner:​

  • Go to the Organisations tab and click on the ADD TO A SUBSCRIPTION button and select the subscription to which you'd like to add your new Organisation:​​

  • In the pop-up, select the subscription you want to add the Organisation to from the list of available options and click on ADD TO THE SUBSCRIPTION:

  • For retired Organisations which were removed from a subscription, open the Three-dot menu next to it, click on Add to a subscription and select the subscription to which you'd like to add your Organisation:​



    The Organisation will be added to that subscription. If no suitable subscription is available, please purchase a new one first.
