If you are using a free ApprovalMax trial and want to continue working with your ApprovalMax Organisation, you need to start a paid subscription.
This is how you start a paid subscription
To start a paid subscription, please click on MANAGE in the trial expiration message at the top of the screen. Then just follow the wizard. ApprovalMax will suggest a suitable subscription plan for you.
Alternatively:
In the ApprovalMax product interface, click on Billing & Subscriptions under your initials/logo in the top right-hand corner:
Go to the Subscriptions tab and click on BUY A SUBSCRIPTION:
Select a country and currency and confirm your choice:
Follow the New Subscription wizard and choose the product, billing cycle (annual payments save you 17%), plan and any add-ons:
You can buy a subscription for any number of Organisations. Enter the total number in the appropriate field, then tick the checkboxes next to the Organisations you want to add to the subscription:
Select a payment type - we support different payment options depending on your location. To request a quote for payments by bank transfer or direct debit, please contact the ApprovalMax Sales team.
If you're busy with your daily activities but want the app to be up and running as soon as possible, the ApprovalMax Training Package might be the go-to option for you.
Just tick the checkbox to buy it.
Important notes regarding subscriptions
You can have multiple Organisations on a single subscription. So, even if you want to work with many Organisations in ApprovalMax, you still need only one subscription.
You can also have multiple subscriptions with different billing addresses and payment methods for each subscription, if necessary.
