How can I revoke my decision?

If Approver has approved a request by mistake or has changed their mind, it is possible to revoke their decision in ApprovalMax if it was not a final approval.
  1. To revoke your decision, open a request and click on "REVOKE":


  2. Optionally, in the pop-up window you can specify a reason:

    When ready, confirm you want to revoke your decision by clicking on "REVOKE" again.

  3. As a result, your decision will be revoked:
