Is it possible to change the email address of a user?
There is no direct way to change the email address of a user who
was invited to ApprovalMax as the email address is tied to the user identity.
However, the Administrator can use one of the following workarounds:
Solution 1:
- The Administrator creates a new user and invites this person
with a different email address.
- Once this person has accepted the new invitation, the
Administrator removes this user's previous record.
Please note: the user won't see any old
requests. Solution 2:
- The user leaves the old email address in their ApprovalMax profile and, in
the settings of their email client, sets up a redirection rule to their new email address.
Please note: the user will have to use their old email address to log into ApprovalMax.
