You don't receive documents from Dext:

  • In ApprovalMax your trial organisation has expired

  • In ApprovalMax the subscription for your organisation is inactive

  • In ApprovalMax the Bill workflow is disabled or not configured at all

  • In ApprovalMax the Dext service has been disconnected

  • In Dext the integration with ApprovalMax has been disabled

  • In ApprovalMax Requester is not set up in "Receive from Dext Prepare" step

  • You are integrated directly with QuickBooks Online but not with ApprovalMax for QuickBooks Online.
