Are audit reports sent to the customer?

Audit reports in ApprovalMax are generated automatically when a finance document reaches its final approval stage.

However, audit reports are not sent to customers by default.

If a document from QuickBooks Online is emailed to a customer, ApprovalMax ensures that the audit report is marked as an internal attachment, meaning it is not included in the customer-facing email.

If needed, you can manually download the audit report from ApprovalMax and attach it to an email to send it to a customer.
