Currently, ApprovalMax Capture is available in the mobile apps for Android and iOS devices only for Xero Bills. We are working on making it available for other request types too.
This is how it works
In the mobile app, tap on New request and select “Bill”. Then tap on Create via ApprovalMax Capture:
Scan the invoice you want to process via ApprovalMax Capture, it’s just like taking a photo. The invoices can have a single page or multiple pages. Then tap on NEXT:
Double-check the Bill details ApprovalMax Capture has recognised, and submit your request for approval:
