ApprovalMax Capture is available in the mobile app for Android and iOS devices for Xero Bills, AP Credit Notes, Expense Claims, Purchase Orders, and Sales Invoices.
This is how it works
In the mobile app, tap on the + icon in the top right corner or CREATE NEW REQUEST.
Select the request type you want to create (for example, "Bill"). Then tap on Upload for Capture.
Scan the invoice you want to process via ApprovalMax Capture, it’s just like taking a photo. The invoices can be single- or multi-page. Then tap on SUBMIT.
Once submitted, the request will either appear as a draft in your Captured by me folder or go straight for review, depending on your Capture workflow settings.
