You can purchase ApprovalMax Pay for Xero-connected Organisations. Purchases are processed via Stripe or 2Checkout, and payments in GBP are supported. Multi-currency payments are also available through ApprovalMax Pay Wallets.
This is how you purchase ApprovalMax Pay
Go to Billing & Subscriptions under your avatar:
If you don't yet have a subscription, you can include the ApprovalMax Pay add-on while you're buying one - open the Subscriptions tab and click on ADD SUBSCRIPTION:
If you already have a subscription, open the Subscriptions tab and click on CUSTOMISE YOUR PLAN WITH OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
On the next screen, activate the checkbox for ApprovalMax Pay in the Options section. Then select your preferred package:
To proceed with your purchase, click on NEXT:
On the following screen you'll see a timeline with current and future payments for the subscriptions/add-ons purchased:
If you buy an add-on and have a monthly subscription, you'll be billed for both on the next billing date.
If you have a yearly subscription, you'll be billed immediately during the add-on purchasing procedure.
To return to the previous page and apply changes to your subscription/add-on, click on the CHANGE button:
Tick the checkbox and click on Apply Changes to complete the add-on purchase:
Important notes:
The number of payments for a package is allocated on a monthly basis, regardless of your subscription's billing cycle.
Add-on billing cycles align with the parent subscription's cycle if the parent subscription is monthly.
Add-ons purchased for annual subscriptions will renew one month after the purchase date.
Unused payments from the previous month are not carried over. Exceeding your monthly allowance will result in additional charges at the start of the next billing cycle.
Downgrading or cancelling an add-on is not possible within the same purchase or upgrade period but you can make changes in subsequent billing periods.
