ApprovalMax Pay Wallets are multi-currency digital wallets that let your Organisation send and convert funds — all within ApprovalMax.
Every Organisation begins by funding its GBP Wallet. From there, you can convert funds into other supported currencies (like EUR, USD, JPY, etc.) as needed. This means all payments originate in GBP and are converted within the platform before being sent in a local currency.
Each Wallet functions like a virtual local bank account and is opened in your Organisation’s name through our regulated financial partners — using Currencycloud (a Visa solution).
Once your Wallets are set up and you have passed the KYB verification, you’ll see three core sections in ApprovalMax Pay:

This is the main page where you'll see all your existing Wallets and their real-time balances:
From here, you can:
Top up your Wallet (i.e. add funds):
Add new currencies, which creates a dedicated Wallet and a new Bank Account in Xero with the same currency.
Your Xero Bank Account and new Wallet will be automatically linked to synchronise all transactions and bank statements.
You can filter by date range and currency before downloading:
Convert funds between any two Wallets in real time using up-to-date exchange rates:

You'll have a detailed log of every transaction and you can filter transactions by date, type, currency and status (e.g. Completed, Failed, Cancelled, Pending):
Clicking on any transaction opens a detailed view in a sidebar, showing all details such as type, status, creation/completion time, transaction ID, Wallet used and amount:
You can download a transaction confirmation PDF from the transaction details for your records by clicking on Download.
You can also access both transaction details and the confirmation by clicking on the Three-dot icon next to a transaction:

Here, you can add or manage users that have access to your Wallets. You can assign different roles depending on how much control or visibility each person needs:
