An Organisation’s Administrator is sent the following messages:

  • The trial period of the Advanced and Premium features has started

  • The trial period of the Advanced and Premium features will end in XX days: (10, 5, 1 days)

  • The trial period of the Advanced and Premium features has ended
    ​

An Organisation’s Account Owner is sent the following messages:

  • The trial period of the Advanced and Premium features has started

  • The trial period of the Advanced and Premium features will end in XX days: (10, 5, 1 days)

  • The trial period of the Advanced and Premium features has ended

  • Your subscription plan has been upgraded
    ​
