How to copy QuickBooks Online PO to a Bill?
ApprovalMax allows Purchase Order Requesters to copy fully approved Purchase Orders to Bills.
Please note: the Purchase Order Requester needs to be added also as a Bill Requester in the "Bill Creation and Approval" workflow.
This is how it works:
Open a fully approved Purchase Order, click on "COPY TO" and select the option "Copy to Bill":
Open a fully approved Purchase Order, click on "COPY TO" and select the option "Copy to Bill":
The Purchase Order will now be copied to the Bill, with a Memo included:
