From 15 September 2026, ApprovalMax removed Approver limits from all Tiered Usage-Based Pricing (TUP) plans. Your plan size is now based on document usage only.
What changed?
When TUP first launched, plan size was based on two factors: the number of approved documents and the number of active Approvers in your Organisation.
Approver limits have now been removed:
You can add as many Approvers as your financial controls require, at no additional cost.
Adding Approvers no longer affects your plan size or subscription amount.
Document tiers and plan pricing are unchanged.
Does this affect my current plan?
This change will not increase any subscription costs, but may result in a decrease if your plan size was influenced by the number of Approvers and you choose to downgrade to a smaller plan size.
