Expense Claims for Xero now available in beta
An Expense Claim workflow for Xero-connected Organisations is now available in beta. The workflow provides a structured process for submitting and approving out-of-pocket and corporate card expenses.
Each Requester in the workflow also gets access to My Expenses, a personal workspace to store receipts and group them into a single claim when ready.
Please note: Expenses are included free of charge on all plans for a six-month introductory period. From January 2027, it will become a paid add-on with a per-employee licence.
Language and regional formatting settings now available for all users
Language (UK or US English) and date format preferences can now be configured in ApprovalMax, controlling how dates and wording appear across your interface, email notifications, and downloaded files.
Administrators can also configure these regional settings at the Organisation level to ensure consistency across documents and communications sent on behalf of the Organisation.
