Custom Purchase Order numbering for QuickBooks Online available in beta
When custom transaction numbers are enabled in QuickBooks Online, an Order number field is now available when creating or reviewing a Purchase Order in ApprovalMax, allowing you to assign your own PO number.

ApprovalMax now offers a Tiered Usage-Based Pricing (TUP) model for new customers in Australia and New Zealand. Plans are structured by tier (Standard, Advanced, Premium) and size, based on the number of approved documents and active approvers required for each Organisation.
View recent requests for Xero and QuickBooks Online now in General Availability
Click the View recent button in the request header to quickly reference recent requests from the same supplier or vendor without leaving the current request.
What's Improved
Wide matrices now show when more columns are available
Approval, Requester, Auto-Approval, Reviewer, and Editing matrices with hidden columns now display visual scroll indicators at the edges, so it's easier to see when additional columns are available. Click on the arrow buttons to scroll horizontally and reveal any hidden approval conditions.
