How to contact Support

Organisation Administrators, Account Owners and Practice Staff Managers (Partner accounts) have access to our technical Support team to help with any issues or questions.

There are three easy ways to get in touch:

  1. Use the Contact Support button directly in the product.
            
         

  1. Go to our Knowledge Base and click Add Ticket above the article search bar. Or use this direct link: Submit a request


  1. On any page in ApprovalMax, click the purple chat icon in the lower-right corner to open Amelie, our Support chatbot.

           

  1. Select a topic to view related help articles, or click I need assistance to be connected to the first available live agent.
