In ApprovalMax, subscriptions automatically group Organisations that share the same billing cycle, currency, billing details, and payment method.
To add an Organisation to a subscription, simply purchase a plan for that Organisation. ApprovalMax will automatically assign it to the appropriate subscription.
Whether you are ready to upgrade from a trial Organisation or restore full access to a deactivated one, the steps are the same.
In the Organisations tab under Billing & Subscriptions, locate the Organisation you want to add and click Buy Plan:

Upgrading from a trial: Once you purchase a plan, your trial converts to a paid subscription. All your existing workflows, data, and settings will remain exactly as they are.
Reactivating a deactivated Organisation: If you are bringing an Organisation out of read-only mode, purchasing a plan will immediately restore your ability to create and approve requests.
