How to purchase a subscription

Direct Debit = BACS (UK only) / SEPA (EU)

To start, go to the upper right-hand corner of ApprovalMax, click on your Avatar and then select Billing & Subscriptions:

In the Organisations tab, find the Organisation for which you would like to purchase a subscription and click on Buy plan at the end of its row:

First, select a plan size (Small, Medium or Large) and billing cycle (monthly or annual):

Then, select a feature plan (Standard, Advanced or Premium). ApprovalMax highlights a recommended plan based on your trial usage, but you can also pick a different one. Once you’ve decided on your feature plan, click on Select Plan:

To get up and running faster, you can optionally add the ApprovalMax Training Package. Just tick the checkbox to add it to your subscription:

On the next screen, you can review your purchase summary and make final adjustments. If everything looks correct, tick the checkbox to accept the Terms & Conditions, then click on Proceed to checkout:

In the pop-up, enter your contact and billing details and click on Next to continue:

Next, choose and set up your preferred payment method: credit/debit card or direct debit.

Enter your card details, tick the checkbox to accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click on Pay now:

Review your plan details, billing address and payment method. If everything looks correct, accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click on Pay now to complete your purchase:

And that's it! Once the payment is complete, you'll see a confirmation message. Click on Go to Subscriptions to open your subscription details:

Tick the checkbox to accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click on Enter payment details:

You’ll be redirected to Stripe. Enter your bank account details and billing address in the Stripe form. Confirm that you’re authorised to set up Direct Debit for this account, then click on Set up bank account to continue:

Review the Direct Debit details. If everything looks correct, click on Confirm to complete the setup:

And that’s it! Once the payment is complete, you'll see a confirmation message. Click on Go to Subscriptions to open your subscription details:

This will take you to the Subscriptions tab, where you can view the billing cycle, payment method and other subscription details.
