You can create and connect a new Organisation to ApprovalMax in two ways.
Please note: If you've been invited to an existing Organisation but don’t have an ApprovalMax account, the option to add a new Organisation won't be available, as it could confuse standard users with unnecessary choices.
Option 1: From the main navigation
In the left-hand navigation menu, go to the Organisations list dropdown. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click on + Add an organisation:
Option 2: From Billing & Subscriptions
In the Organisations tab under Billing & Subscriptions, click on + Add organisation:
In the Create new organisation window, connect your accounting system. You can also skip this step and connect later:
Once connected, your new Organisation will be created.
The newly created Organisation starts on a 3-day free trial. During this period, you can configure workflows and test the setup.
To continue using the Organisation after the trial ends, you will need to purchase a subscription for that specific Organisation.
Please note: if you have an ApprovalMax account and need to onboard an Organisation but don't see the option to add one, or don't have Billing & Subscriptions under your Avatar, contact sales.
