This is how you download a payment confirmation
In the main menu, go to ApprovalMax Pay and open the Transactions tab:
Find the transaction you need, click on the Three-dot icon at the end of the row and select "Download confirmation":
Alternatively, you can also open the Transaction details for that payment:
And click on Download next to Confirmation:
A PDF confirmation file will then be downloaded automatically to your device:
Please note: The downloaded file is generated using your personal language and date format preferences together with your Organisation's time zone. This means the labels, dates and times shown in the document may vary depending on your settings.
