When signing up to ApprovalMax, you may see the following error message after entering your chosen password:
This message appears when the password you've entered is too simple or commonly used, like Password123! or Admin2024. Even if it meets the character and complexity requirements, it may still be flagged as insecure if it's widely used or known to be unsafe.
This is how to fix it
Choose a different password that is:
Unique and not used for other websites
At least eight characters long
A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
Includes at least one number and one special character (e.g.
!,@,#)
Once you've entered a more secure password, you’ll be able to complete your sign-up.
