ApprovalMax Pay Wallets allow you to convert funds between supported currencies before making payments.
Please note: Only the Wallet Owner or a Wallet Manager can convert currencies.
Here’s how you make a currency conversion
In ApprovalMax Pay, go to the Wallets tab and click on CONVERT:
Select the From currency (the Wallet you are converting funds from), then select the To currency (the Wallet you are converting funds to):
Type in the amount you want to convert and click on CONVERT.
The system will display:
The exchange rate being applied - this refreshes every 30 seconds
The converted amount you will receive
On the Review screen, check the conversion details. If everything looks correct, click on CONFIRM:
Next, you can choose to either create a new conversion or view the transaction details of the just completed conversion:
If you click on VIEW TRANSACTION, you’ll be redirected to the Transactions tab of the Wallet.
Here, you’ll see the conversion listed with its Wallet, amount, creation date, type, description, reference and status:
Click on the Three-dot icon to open more options, such as viewing the full transaction details or downloading a PDF confirmation:
