Email Notifications for recurring requests

ApprovalMax sends automated email notifications to the user who created a Scheduled Request template, so you are always informed about its status.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Email notifications are triggered in the following situations:

  • Recurring request was successfully created: An email confirms that the new request has been generated from the Scheduled Request template, and includes a link to open and review it. The message also states when the subsequent request will be created.

  • Recurring request creation failed: If ApprovalMax is unable to generate a request from the scheduled template (for example, due to missing required data), an email is sent to alert the user so they can review and fix the issue.

  • Scheduled request template was disabled: If a template becomes disabled automatically, an email explaining why is sent, along with a link so users can update and re-enable it if needed.

Please note: This feature is currently available in beta for Xero-connected Organisations. If you'd like to enable it, please contact us.

Please note: This feature is currently only available for Purchase Order requests.
