Email notifications are triggered in the following situations:
Recurring request was successfully created: An email confirms that the new request has been generated from the Scheduled Request template, and includes a link to open and review it. The message also states when the subsequent request will be created.
Recurring request creation failed: If ApprovalMax is unable to generate a request from the scheduled template (for example, due to missing required data), an email is sent to alert the user so they can review and fix the issue.
Scheduled request template was disabled: If a template becomes disabled automatically, an email explaining why is sent, along with a link so users can update and re-enable it if needed.
