SuiteTax is refreshed automatically whenever a request is edited while it's On Review or in an approval step in ApprovalMax.
Each edit triggers the following process:
The updated request is pushed to NetSuite
NetSuite recalculates the SuiteTax amounts
ApprovalMax retrieves the updated SuiteTax values
The latest Tax Amount and Tax Details are instantly shown in ApprovalMax
You will see the refreshed SuiteTax data displayed:
In the Tax Amount column on the View form of the request:
In the Tax Amount column on the Edit form of the request:
Please note: SuiteTax synchronisation in ApprovalMax is only available for NetSuite-connected Organisations with SuiteTax enabled in ApprovalMax.
