In ApprovalMax, you can set up multi-step approval workflows for Journal Entries. Journal Entry requests can be created directly in ApprovalMax or uploaded from NetSuite.
This is how the Journal Entry approval process works
Journal Entry requests are created and submitted for approval in ApprovalMax, or pulled from your accounting platform
The multi-step approval workflow runs according to its configuration in ApprovalMax
Relevant managers are notified that their approval is needed and act accordingly
Once all approvals are in place, the authorised Journal Entry and its audit trail are sent back to NetSuite.
