ApprovalMax sends out two types of email notifications (instantly and daily):
ApprovalMax sends email notifications to users based on their roles and assignments in workflows or Organisations. Notifications can be triggered by approval requests, workflow updates, and Organisational activities.
New requests (instantly)
Comments (instantly)
Other notifications (Auto-Approvals/Auto-Rejections, Forced decisions, change of Approvers, etc.) (instantly)
Summary of open approvals (daily) - you can specify the days and time for receiving these daily summary reports
Each notification type is triggered by specific actions: approval requests are sent when a new request is created, comments are sent when someone comments on a request, and other notifications are triggered by system actions like auto-approvals or changes in approvers.
This is how you switch off notifications
Click on your avatar in the top right-hand corner and open My profile:
There you'll find the Email Notifications section. You can toggle to enable or disable each notification type:
Once you have configured your new notification settings, click on SAVE:
