Why are audit reports sometimes not attached to the Xero document?

Xero does limit the number of files that can be attached — there can be no more than 10. If a Bill or Purchase Order that was created in Xero already has the allowed 10 attachments, ApprovalMax cannot add the audit report because this would exceed the stipulated number of 10 files.
