These are possible reasons why the connection between Dext and ApprovalMax is not working as expected and you don't receive any documents from Dext:
In ApprovalMax, your trial Organisation has expired
In ApprovalMax, the subscription for your Organisation is inactive
In ApprovalMax, there's no Requester specified in the Pulling from Xero section of the Bill workflow
In ApprovalMax, there's no Requester specified in the Receive from Dext Prepare step
In ApprovalMax, the Dext service has been disconnected
In Dext, the integration with ApprovalMax has been disabled
In Dext, the integration is established with a Xero Organisation, not with ApprovalMax for Xero
