Disconnecting Dext from ApprovalMax is a two-step process - you’ll need to perform the disconnection in both Dext and ApprovalMax.
It's best to start with Dext. Otherwise, if you cancel the connection in ApprovalMax first, you may experience failed push attempts in Dext.
Here's how it works:
In Dext, go to Manage > Connections > Integrations:
Click first on Change:
Then on the Disable Integration button:
In ApprovalMax, open Organisation settings and connections under Workflows and settings:
Under Additional services, click on the Three-dot icon and select Disconnect:
