The Public API Logger is generally available
A logger for a public API records and stores detailed information about API requests and responses.
The logger feature, available on the Developer Portal, assists developers in monitoring and debugging their applications that interact with our Public API. This feature is accessible to developers who have created an application within the Developer Portal.
The logger captures comprehensive details for each API request – including the date, application name, company name, status, type, URL, method, duration, request content, and response content – and provides filtering options to easily locate specific requests.
The creation of Xero AP Credit Notes directly in ApprovalMax is available in beta
ApprovalMax supports the creation of Xero AP Credit Notes. If you'd like to enable this feature for your ApprovalMax Organisation, please contact us.
What's Improved
Update for Contact creation
When creating Contacts in ApprovalMax via the Purchase Order/Bill forms or the Contact workflow, there are now fields included for the billing and delivery address. For extra convenience, activate the checkbox for “Same as Billing Address”. This will automatically copy the billing address to the Delivery Address field in Xero.
What's Fixed
The 2FA pop-up has been updated with the new design and improved functionality:
Fixed the replacement of an offboarded user with multiple roles within the same approval step.
Edit forms for Xero Money Journals exceeding 300 lines now load correctly, eliminating the previous delay and empty data set issue.
