You have two options for creating Invoices: pull all with the Awaiting Approval status from NetSuite, or create them directly in ApprovalMax.
This is how notifications about the most important Invoice events are sent to a particular email address
When pulling Invoices from Oracle NetSuite
Unfortunately, it is not possible that ApprovalMax notifies the actual person who created a particular Invoice in NetSuite. In fact, only the one user who was specified in the first step (Pulling from Oracle NetSuite) of the Invoice workflow will receive notifications.
In order to select the email address where notifications are to be sent, please open the Invoice workflow and select a user in the Pulling from Oracle NetSuite step.
When creating Invoices in ApprovalMax
Requesters can turn on instant notifications in My Profile under their avatar:
