ApprovalMax tracks QuickBooks Online Bills, Purchase Orders and Expenses that were created in or pulled to ApprovalMax with the budgets that were synced to ApprovalMax during the review/approval process.
Please note: ApprovalMax pulls requests that were created directly in QuickBooks Online only if the feature Pulling from a connected Organisation has been activated.
If the Pulling from a connected Organisation feature is disabled, ApprovalMax will not pull any Bills, Purchase Orders or Expenses that were created directly in QuickBooks Online - and this may have an impact on the Budget Checking amounts.
