It's easy to stop syncing budgets. You can either deactivate budgets:
Or, disable the budget syncing with QuickBooks Online via the Three-dot icon:
If you don’t want to see budgets that are not active in ApprovalMax, you'll need to delete them in QuickBooks Online and then sync the changes to ApprovalMax.
Please note: Deleted budgets cannot be restored in QuickBooks Online.
