How can I specify instructions for QuickBooks Online Sales Invoice Requesters?

Organisation Administrators can provide a message that will be shown to Requesters during Sales Invoice creation.

This is how you set up instructions for Sales Invoice Requesters​

  1. In the main menu, select your Organisation and open Approval workflows under Workflows and settings:​​


  2. Open the Sales Invoice workflow, click on theicon and scroll down.

  3. Type in the message that will be shown to Requesters when they create a new Sales Invoice.
    If you don't want Requesters to see any instructions, then leave this field blank.​

  4. When finished, apply your settings by clicking on SAVE in the upper right-hand corner of the workflow settings screen and update the workflow.
