How are Batch Payments reflected in reporting?

Users with the Administrator or Auditor role have access to a reporting tool.
Organisation Administrators can set up new reports to suit individual business needs.

This is how you create such a report:

  • On the Reports page, start creating a new report by clicking on the +NEW REPORT button:

  • First, select "Batch Payment" and click on NEXT:


  • Then, specify the filters and click on NEXT:

  • Now, select the columns you want to be visible and click on NEXT:

  • Finally, name your report and click on CREATE:

  • You'll now see all Batch Payments according to the filters you've set in the second step:


    Such reports can be scheduled, printed or downloaded as a CSV file.
