How can I stop pulling Vendor Return Authorization requests from NetSuite?

ApprovalMax only pulls Vendor Return Authorizations from NetSuite that have the Pending Approval status, and if the respective Vendor Return Authorization workflow has been set up and activated.

If you don't want to use Vendor Return Authorization approvals at all, then just deactivate the Vendor Return Authorization workflow:​
