If a Sales Order that was created in NetSuite gets rejected by an Approver in ApprovalMax, it goes back to NetSuite with the Closed status. It cannot be resubmitted for approval.
Its Requester needs to amend such Sales Order in NetSuite: the checkbox Closed must be removed from at least one line item in the NetSuite Sales Order, so that the status of the document changes to Pending Approval:
When that's done, sync the Sales Orders in ApprovalMax:
All changes in the Sales Order status will be reflected in the audit trail.
