Why are Sales Orders not getting pulled from NetSuite to ApprovalMax?

If you created a Sales Order in NetSuite and it doesn't show in ApprovalMax after synchronisation, please follow these steps:​

  • Make sure that the respective workflow has been activated:​

  • Double-check that all Sales Orders in NetSuite have actually been submitted for approval (i.e. they have the Pending Approval status in NetSuite).

  • Click on the Synchronisation iconin the top right-hand corner (to sync documents between NetSuite and ApprovalMax):​​

  • Check the Sales Orders folder.
