The Price Checker feature detects potential price deviations for each item and then informs users about them.
The deviation calculation is triggered every time QuickBooks Online Purchase Orders/Bills or Expenses are being previewed, created or edited:
If the deviation value is negative or one of the price values is null, the warning level is None
If the percentage deviation value is between 0 and 5, the warning level is Yellow
If the percentage deviation value is between 5 and 25, the warning level is Orange
If the percentage deviation value is above 25, the warning level is Red
Please note: Price Checker is unavailable if the Organisation currency differs from the Contact's currency.
