How can I specify instructions for QuickBooks Online Journal Entry Requesters?

Organisation Administrators can provide a message to be shown to Requesters during request creation.

This is how you set up instructions for QuickBooks Online Journal Entry Requesters ​

  1. In the main menu, select your Organisation and go to Approval workflows under Workflows and settings:​​

  2. Open the Journal Entry workflow:​​


  3. Click on theicon and type in a message that will be shown to Requesters when they create a new Journal Entry. If you don't want Requesters to see any instructions, then leave this field blank.​​


  4. Apply your changes by clicking on SAVE in the upper right-hand corner of the workflow settings, then update the workflow.
