Organisation Administrators can provide a message to be shown to Requesters during request creation.
This is how you set up instructions for QuickBooks Online Journal Entry Requesters
In the main menu, select your Organisation and go to Approval workflows under Workflows and settings:
Open the Journal Entry workflow:
Click on the
icon and type in a message that will be shown to Requesters when they create a new Journal Entry. If you don't want Requesters to see any instructions, then leave this field blank.
Apply your changes by clicking on SAVE in the upper right-hand corner of the workflow settings, then update the workflow.
