Common reasons for the rejection of a Scheduled Airwallex Payment are:

  • Airwallex is disconnected from your ApprovalMax Organisation

  • The Airwallex balance is not sufficient to make this payment

  • The Beneficiary was edited or deleted

  • The Payment amount is higher than the due Bill amount

  • Your ApprovalMax Organisation is disconnected from Xero
