An Airwallex Batch Payment request that has been approved and is waiting to be sent for payment in Airwallex can be cancelled by its Requester or by an Administrator:
However, once the payment status changes to Processing (which means that the payment has been sent but has not yet been confirmed, cancelled, failed or rejected), the option to cancel the payment is no longer available.
Please note: If a batch has been scheduled for payment and now needs to be cancelled, it is essential to first cancel the scheduling. Afterwards, you can proceed with cancelling the batch.
