ApprovalMax allows to create new Beneficiaries right within the platform before they're being processed in Airwallex.
This is how you configure ApprovalMax to enable Requesters to create new Beneficiaries:
Select your Organisation in the main menu and open Approval Workflows under Workflows And Settings:
Go to the Airwallex Batch Payment workflow:
In the first step, click on the matrix
icon to open the Requester matrix:
Activate the checkbox "Can create new Beneficiaries" next to the person who you want to authorise for the purpose of creating Beneficiaries:
Click on DONE.
Now, this person will be able to create Beneficiaries while setting up an Airwallex Batch Payment.
