Organisation Administrators can provide a message that will be shown to Requesters during Vendor creation.
This is how you set up instructions for Vendor Requesters
Select your Organisation in the main menu and go to Approval workflows under Workflows and settings:
Open the Vendor workflow:
Click on the
icon and type in the message that you want shown to Requesters when they create a new Vendor. If you don't want Requesters to see any instructions, then leave this field blank.
Save your settings by clicking on SAVE in the upper right-hand corner of the Workflow Settings window and update the workflow.
