How can I hide Categories/Items for QuickBooks Online Purchase Orders?

Organisation Administrators can hide QuickBooks Online Categories/Items from the Purchase Order creation form.


This is how it's done

  1. In the main menu, select your Organisation and open Approval workflows under Workflows and settings:​

  2. Select the respective workflow:​

  3. Click on the Gear icon to open the workflow settings:​

  4. Choose which options you want to have on the Purchase Order creation form, then click on SAVE and UPDATE THE WORKFLOW:​
